The Go naviro referral system is simple and allows our ambassadors to have ownership of their own personal URL to track the status of referrals. 

Referral payouts per placement over 12 months:

1st: $500 

2nd: $600

3rd: $700 

4th: $800 

5th+: $1000

Each referred candidate will also receive a $500 bonus to help celebrate their next career challenge. 

Referral bonuses will be paid within thirty days of the candidate starting the new position.

For any freelancer / contractor referrals; the bonus is only valid for contract engagements that are equal or greater than 90 days.
