I'm Joe C, I joined the naviro team back in 2012 as a software development consultant relocating from the UK to the sunny shores of Sydney, Australia

Our SD team were the first in the country to build a market around Golang technologies and became big contributors to the Software community; hosting meetups and co-founding the first GopherCon Australia. 

Fast forward to 2018 and I'm stepping off the SYD-HLR plane in London with a mission to revolutionise the tired recruitment models by offering a suite of solutions that solve the key problems ambitious tech start-ups face when looking to grow. Our staffing models can offer domestic on-site team build deliveries for Miami, Houston, Austin and Berlin start-ups, contract project builds and remote nearshore solutions that address time and cost head aches whilst keeping quality.

When I'm not on the tools you'll find me watching or competing in sports of any kind, from cricket to boxing and mountain climbing to poker! When I'm not in the sports arena I'll be cooking meals inspired by cuisines around the world, socialising with friends or enjoying the great outdoors.
